At Misfits, we keep things transparent. We build for creators — not to trap them. That said, we also run a lean, hands-on operation, so here’s how refunds work.
General Policy
All subscription purchases — including our Creator Plan — are non-refundable by default. That’s because:

Our services kick in immediately after payment (strategy, outreach, access, etc.)

We start putting in real work on your behalf

Resources, templates, and tools are unlocked instantly
We’re not a product you return — we’re a team you join.
Exceptions (Rare, But Possible)
We understand life happens. You may be eligible for a refund within 3 days of purchase if:

You haven’t accessed or used any part of the subscription (e.g. no kits opened, no support accessed, no strategy sessions started)

You were charged by mistake or encountered a technical issue (e.g. duplicate payment)
To request one, email us at admin@themisfits.space with:

Date of purchase

Email used during sign-up

Reason for refund request
We’ll review it manually. If approved, you’ll get a confirmation and refund within 7–10 business days.
No Refunds For:

Change of mind after purchase

“Didn’t use it enough” after access was granted

Partial months used

Subscription cancellations after the billing cycle starts
