Terms & Conditions - The Basics

Misfits is a platform and service provider that supports content creators and brands with strategy, opportunities, tools, and resources. We exist to empower creators — not exploit them.

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You won’t:

  • Try to hack, scrape, or mess with our code

  • Spam us or others

  • Copy our branding or content without permission

We reserve the right to block or restrict access if you violate these terms.

Subscription & Payments

When you subscribe to the Misfits Creator Plan:

  • You agree to pay the stated price (one-time or recurring)

  • Payments are handled via Razorpay, a secure third-party provider

  • You’re responsible for providing accurate info during sign-up

Refunds are not guaranteed, but we’ll always try to resolve issues fairly. Reach out if there’s a problem — we’re human.




We collect minimal data to deliver services (see our [Privacy Policy]). We don’t sell or share your personal information without consent. Ever.


 

Everything on this site — from visuals to copy to creator kits — is owned by Misfits or used with permission. Please don’t reproduce, reuse, or republish without asking.

If you’re a creator we work with, your content remains 100% yours unless otherwise agreed in writing.


 

We’re constantly building. That means we may update features, pricing, benefits, or processes — and reserve the right to do so at any time.

Major changes? We’ll give you a heads-up.
 

Limitation of Liability

We’ll always do our best to deliver value — but we’re not liable for:

  • Loss of income from social platforms or brand deals

  • Platform changes (e.g., Instagram or TikTok updates)

  • Delays caused by third-party tools or providers
     

We’re your team — not your employer or legal rep.

Termination

​We reserve the right to end or suspend access to the Misfits platform or services for anyone who violates our terms, disrespects our team, or abuses the system.



These terms are governed by the laws of India, since that’s where we’re headquartered and building this from the ground up.
